The quality of the furniture is matched only by the exemplary customer service experienced from everyone I dealt with. Despite the heat, the delivery men were very kind and determined to make delivery even though they struggled to find and contact me. The office staff were friendly, exceptionally helpful and very quick to respond to all my messages. Really pleased with our dining table & showcase from Orienta. We had been searching for a quality dining table with a contemporary design to complement our converted house, and Orienta delivered perfectly. Nick was really helpful and accommodating, and the delivery team was just as professional, calling ahead, arriving on time, taking off their shoes, working efficiently, clearing all waste, and explaining how to adjust the furniture if needed. While, as implied in the name, the style favours oriental design, the selection of items is broad enough to match just about any style. The pricing varies from item to item, there are some bargain picks along with pricier items. Parking nearby is usually not a problem.
